Contained within a tube made of PLA—a sustainable and versatile alternative to traditional plastic. Its manufacturing process is more environmentally-friendly as it is fermented plant starch from corn. It has unique properties, such as biodegradability, non-toxicity, and low carbon footprint. It uses 65% less energy than producing conventional plastics, generates 68% fewer greenhouse gases, and contains no toxins.

Shipping and Methods
We offer Economy and Standard shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the United States: Economy shipping for $5 to deliver within five days, and Standard shipping for $12 to deliver within three to five days. We offer FREE shipping to the 48 contiguous states with orders over $50.

We currently offer international shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, and Mexico. International Standard shipping for $25, or International Expedited for $45.
Orders must be placed by 10am CT to begin processing same day.

Order Tracking
When you place an order with us at kozekoze.com, you will receive an email confirmation for your order within two to three business days, which will have within it a link to track the progress of your shipment. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to reach us at hello@kozekoze.com with your order number in the subject line of your email. Orders placed after 12 noon CT will begin processing the following business day.

Business Days and Holidays
Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday and is closed for United States federal holidays. If you place your order on a holiday or weekend, we will begin processing your order on the following business day.

Refund Policy Overview

Hey Supermama, we want you to feel that bliss that exists. If our products do not bring you the bliss you'd hoped for, with opened or unopened products, we offer store credit or a full refund within 30 days after your purchase. This includes damaged products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Our Heartfelt "Why"

We want to make it easier to move through any potential heartbreak. Miscarriages happen to one in four women. Stillbirth happens to one in 175 women in the US. If you suffer a loss, know that you will receive a full refund if you ordered our products for postpartum preparation, no questions asked.

Please email us hello@kozekoze.com and we'll issue a refund promptly. For credit card payments it may take five to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Eco-Friendly Return Policy

Sustainability is also part of our core mission. In order to save you a trip to the post office and reduce waste, we'll give you store credit within 30 days of any purchase if you're unsatisfied with the product.
