Refund Policy Overview
Hey Supermama, we want you to feel that bliss that exists. If our products do not bring you the bliss you'd hoped for, with opened or unopened products, we offer store credit or a full refund within 30 days after your purchase. This includes damaged products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please email hello@kozekoze.com within 30 days of your purchase to acquire store credit or achieve a refund.
Our Heartfelt "Why"
We want to make it easier to move through any potential heartbreak. Miscarriages happen to one in four women. Stillbirth happens to one in 175 women in the US. If you suffer a loss, know that you will receive a full refund if you ordered our products for postpartum preparation, no questions asked.
Please email us hello@kozekoze.com and we'll issue a refund promptly. For credit card payments it may take five to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Eco-Friendly Return Policy
Sustainability is also part of our core mission. In order to save you a trip to the post office and reduce waste, we'll give you store credit within 30 days of any purchase if you're unsatisfied with the product.
If the product malfunctioned and you'd like us to send you a new one, please let us know how it malfunctioned by emailing us at hello@kozekoze.com and we'll swiftly send you a new one.
